This will be a long ride - 205 miles - estimated 5 hours 42 minutes plus a stop for lunch at Deer Pass Lodge and stops to stretch and gas up. Looking at a minimum of 7 hours

Meet at 8:30
Ride at 9:00

Chevron to The Rock Store - via Las Flores, Schueren, Piuma & Mulholland
The Rock Store to Neptune's Net - via Muholland & Decker
Neptune's net to Oxnard Chevron - via PCH
Oxnard Chevron to Deer Pass Lodge - Via PCH to Highway 33
Deer Pass Lodge to Big Oaks Lodge - via 33, 150, 126 & Bouquet Canyon Road
Big Oaks Lodge to Ray's Chevron in Palmdale via Bouquet Canyon Road and Elizabeth Lake Road
Ray's Chevron to Jack in the Box in Sunland via 14, Angeles Forest Highway and Big Tujunga

Be sure to dress in layers as it can be warm and cold in December.

Why ride in a group? Because the group takes care of you. I had a flat tire and Karl and Jim took care of getting me the Fix-A-Flat to get me back on the road. Then they stayed with me down to the 10. Steve and Clive stayed with me all the way to Long Beach. Thank you Everyone! Thank you Fix-A-Flat! Sorry about the Fix-A-Flat in the tire Mr. Repairman!

2/3 of this trip were great!!! The final third is yet to be explored. Still the scenery was beautiful. The company was great. We had lunch and a show... Well it was off-off-off-Broadway version of Wicked. A one woman show. Karl and Jim were both kinda sweet on her. For a minute I thought they were gonna duke it out over which one was gonna ask her out... or was it who was gonna get stuck asking her out.... Anyhow, great ride, despite the flat tire.

Hey yeah./// cheap date. Set her up in the bedroom with budweiser and marlboros and the dog and you can just go play X Box till shes done. Then she can make you a sandwich or clean your house or something...

At least she's a cheap date. All you need to make her happy is Marlboro's, Budweiser, peanut butter and Rover. And think about it, she laughs at everything, so you don't have to even be that funny. Win-win for everyone, lets go back!!!!!!!!

Hey y'all if you plan to meet up with us half way through the ride please keep my cell phone number handy and send me text messages with your timing and locations so I can give you updates when we stop. Also check the map for approximate mileage and distances to guage approximately what time we will get to each point.
