Route: This is a highly technical route best suited to experienced riders. Some of the canyon roads feature hair-pin u-turns and very tight switchbacks. These are some of the best roads Malibu has to offer and everyone is welcome to join us. Please remember to ride your own ride. If you are on a cruiser or need to ride slower than the pack please stay near the rear. Don't worry, we'll wait for you at each stop sign or turn.

ROAD TYPE CODES:
TW = Twisties - Left-right-left mountain roads, switchbacks, 180-degree and hairpin turns.
SW = Sweepers - Lazy, curvy mountain roads and passes.
S/S = Straight/Scenic. Mostly straight, mostly flat roads or highways that get us to more Sweepers and Twisties. PACE CODES
C = Cruising Pace - Some posted rides are ridden at slower Cruising Pace where we will typically not exceed the speed limit and will usually stay right at, or a bit below the posted speed limit.
S = Standard Pace - Most posted rides are ridden at the Standard Pace. This means that we will typically stay within 5 MPH (+/-) of the posted speed limit.
Q = Quick Pace - Some posted rides are ridden more enthusiastically. Riders start each road together then wait for each other at the top or the bottom of that hill or road for the next leg. Depending on riding skill, there may be significant gaps between riders. Even on Quick Pace rides, we still don't leave riders behind... ...but there is not as much emphasis on keeping the group together in a tight formation.
